International Orders are shipped via DHL.

 

SAM&CO. ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

 

Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time.

We are pleased to accept timely exchanges/returns of unused and undamaged items within 14 days from the date you received your order. 

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that have received your returned item. 

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs and handling charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your refund.

 

Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days from the receipt of original order.
